1 – Delegation is an unlimited method to multiply time for achieving results.
2 – The hardest part about delegation is simply letting go.
3 – 1 hour of planning will save 10 hours of doing.
4 – A person who works with a “messy” or cluttered desk spends, on average, 1-1/2 hours per day looking for things or being distracted by things
5 – A project tends to expand with the time allocated for it.
The truth about time management is that you have to be persistent and practice a lot. Same as with anything else in life. I could give you the best tips of time management, but if you don’t use then what is the point?
